How might we help organizations help improve employee wellness?

This is something we thought about a lot while coming up with the interface design. If they needed a point of reference, what are some key metric data that can help understand their employees better?

Our team created low-fid wireframes based on user feedback and personas. We prioritized key metric data to help organizations understand their employees better. With a combination of skills across marketing, project management, and design, we took an agile approach to manage the project, ensuring the inclusion of must have and nice to have features in the final design based on priority.

Information Architecture

We began by outlining the navigation, mapping out the information architecture to establish a clear structure for the dashboard sections and potential additions. As discussions progressed within the team, our intention was to incorporate client feedback. However, time constraints necessitated expediting the process. With only a week remaining before the client presentation, we redirected our efforts towards constructing the interface, prioritizing essential elements given the limited timeframe.

Visual Identity

We incorporated Breathing.AI's existing style guide and expanded it to build the dashboard, we opted for the Roboto font ensuring WCAG compliance and accessibility. The entire team was engaged in crafting high-fidelity wireframe designs, with feedback gathered through voting to ensure consensus.
