As a graduate student at Northeastern University, I had the unique opportunity to work with the Corporate Learning team at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business. Since I had extensive professional experience in visual design, I was hired as a part-time employee to help create visual style guides, establish brand identities for upcoming projects, and ensure user-friendly interface designs for our learning module systems such as SkillStack and Rise360.
One of the more challenging aspects was keeping everyone updated on the task lists. I, along with our accounting associate, worked together to figure out an efficient way to ensure everyone was aware of the number of hours worked and the tasks completed.

Enhancing Digital Learning Platforms
I was also in charge of updating the modules and designing the interface for our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
This involved:
User-Friendly Interface Design: Ensuring that the LMS was intuitive and easy to navigate, enhancing the user experience.
Module Updates: Regularly updating content and adding new features to keep the learning materials current and engaging.

Program Facilitation
My role extended beyond design to hands-on involvement in program execution. On the day of the programs, I was responsible for:
In-Person Assistance: Helping facilitate in-person sessions by coordinating with speakers, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Virtual Program Support: Assisting with the technical aspects of virtual programs, troubleshooting issues in real-time, and providing support to both facilitators and participants.
